Description of issue:
Sonarr is warning that ‘Allowed Hosts is not configured, Sonarr will accept requests for any hostname or IP address’ but this is a valid setting (and actually what I want) so how do I stop this warning from appearing?
as per Sonarr Settings | Servarr Wiki
simply explicitly set 0.0.0.0
truthfully the description text for that field should probably be updated to remove confusion.

I put that in, saved the config and restarted Sonarr. Still got the warning and checked the setting, it was blank again. Tried it a number of times. No luck.

Make sure you’re hitting Save Changes towards the top left.
Did that everytime. It doesn’t save, still ‘Save Changes’ and does not revert back to ‘No Changes’, like in every other setting. If I exit the page, it asks me to review or discard changes etc, even though I have saved the setting. Same thing happens in Radarr
I just set mine to 0.0.0.0 and as soon as I hit the “Save Changes” button it immediately pops up a restart notification for the changes to take effect. I selected the " Restart immediately" option and observed that the change to 0.0.0.0 persisted.
Are you getting the restart notification when you hit Save Changes on the General Page? Is it possible you have an ad blocker that is blocking the restart notification pop-up?
Just to clarify, I looked at the Wiki where you referenced, and while it indicates that 0.0.0.0 and * are valid for the “Bind Address” field, the Allowed Hosts field does not indicate that 0.0.0.0 is a valid entry option.
As you suggested, this field could use a description update for both the in-application helper text and the wiki.

I thought I had the ad blockers turned off for Sonarr etc, Obviously, I hadn’t!
I turned them off and it works as it should. However, I did manage to ‘get around’ the issue and turned off the certification validation as Sonarr etc is not exposed to the internet anyway.

Odd since in my case I have both AdBlock Plus and uBlock Origin Lite and they’re not causing any issues with any of the ARR’s.
