All torrents ALWAYS start paused and need to be manually started

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.9.1549
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.12.0.182
OS: macOS 13.0.1
Description of issue:

I have Sonarr running on a Mac mini, it should be headless and be left to do its thing.

But for a long time now, it is adding torrents to Transmission as expected, but they are added paused. I have to manually un-pause them to get them to download which is very tedious.

Under Settings → Download Clients → Transmission, “Add Paused” is definitely unchecked.

What is going wrong?

This has started happening to my system also.
Sonarr version 3.0.9.1549
It started when I upgraded to Transmission 4.0.0 (280ace12f8)
Before the Transmission upgrade, the issue did not occur.

Transmission is working on a fix.
