Description of issue:
This is not a bug… However, I am trying to figure out how to use the Add New search feature, but only have results that are TV Shows in the English language.
I feel I have set English in every place I can think of, however when I search Add New, I get numerous asian language results, that clutter the results.
If I’m understanding correctly and this is about adding a new series, then I don’t think you can accomplish what you are after.
The search is searching TVDB, and if the foreign language titles have alias names in English that match, you are going to see those results. There’s no way to restrict it to search original language only.

Sorry for the delay… Let me rephrase, as I think we are talking about two different things.
I sometimes like to look for new movies that have recently come out… (without using lists)
So under “Add New” I search for 2025, or 2026 for example. Some of the results there are original language not english… I was curious if there was a way to not display those results.
This example below, is me searching for 2025… Which I understand why these titles are in the results as they have (2025) in the title, but I would like to not show, non-english as the original language.
