Access to QSonarr stopped on QNAP 451+

Sonarr version (exact version): QSonarr 2.0.0.5054
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): QMono 4.6.2.7
OS: QNAP

Description of issue: QSonarr just stopped working a few weeks ago. Nothing was changed in the network settings or with respect to the router. However, now I can’t access it (see attached screenshot) Any help would be appreciated.

What do the Sonarr logs show?
