A couple of beginner questions about custom formats

Hi,

I have just started using Sonarr and Radarr and have a couple of beginner questions:

  1. Is there a way to apply custom format scoring to all quality profiles at once? I want to avoid updating the same values manually across all profiles every time I fine tune them.
  2. How do I use OR logic in a custom format? For example, how can I match freeleech in either the title or a flag without adding double score if both matches?
