2.0.0.5228 not cleaning up from "download" directory after import

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5228
Mono version: Container provided.
OS: Linux (QNAP) in Docker container.
Debug logs:
Description of issue: Download Client deposits to “Download” directory for Sonarr to import. After completing import process, Sonarr doesn’t always remove the copy still residing in the Download area.

Sonarr won’t remove the content for torrents that are still seeding (this is covered in the FAQ). If the torrent is seeding Sonarr will hardlink or copy based on the configuration of Sonarr and whether the external system supports hardlinks.
