Year in title causing problems parsing results from Jackett

The problem I am having is that the latest version of Sonarr is sending a year along with title to search index and Jackett is returning a lot less results

vs

QUERY Mayor 2017 S01E09 (current version)

Is there a workaround for this?

This doesnt seem to be related to the year. I was comparing search results from ultraseedbox and vm that I built. Identical versions but ultraseedbox install is somehow sending 2 queries: with year and without year:

The aliases (scene mappings) haven’t been pulled on the VM. I assume we’re talking about The Mayor (2017) - TheTVDB.com which has the title of The Mayor (2017) and also has an alias of The Mayor. If the alias hasn’t been pulled in from our server (it should have been unless it failed), then it won’t search for both titles.
