XML Files created on rename

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.0.348
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win10
Debug logs:
Description of issue:
So just installed Sonarr 3.0 today and been playing around with it, much nicer than SickRage.

Having an issue renaming files, though. When I click “rename”, the video files are renamed, but XML files get created for all video files in the show’s directory. This happens regardless of whether I am renaming a single file, season or all, for a particular show.

So, for example, I rename season 1 (5 episodes) of Seinfeld, and I end up with 180 XML files across the 9 ‘season’ directories. Also have a whole bunch of error messages:
“19-2-22 17:16:05.5|Warn|MetadataService|Unable to move metadata file after rename: D:\TV\Seinfeld\Season 7\metadata\Seinfeld.S07E21.The Bottle Deposit (1).720p.HDTV.xml”

I have metadata services all turned off. Running the Windows service as my admin account. Log file at https://pastebin.com/WP0LrkZw.

Those are not debug logs .
