Wrong / Bad Episode - Fix?

Once in awhile, I find an episode is either the wrong one, or is defective. When this happens, I delete the episode, rescan my library, tag the episode as wanted and initiate a search. I wonder if it would be feasible to have a switch by each episode to report a bad episode and perform the above actions automatically? Perhaps even to recognize and avoid a bad episode once a few people have reported it? I know the second is more of an indexer issue. Still, it’s worth asking.

You can delete the episode either from the details modal (popup) or from the series details page using the manage files buttons on each season/or the whole series. Then search from the same place. Its not a single click solution, but its all within the same relative location.
