Why does Sonarr still monitor an episode once it's been downloaded?

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4427

Description of issue: I’m confused why a show that has been downloaded still has the black flag on the left side? My issue is if I watch that show and then delete it Sonarr is going to redownload the show.

There is a setting in Sonarr to tell it to “Ignore Deleted Episodes”. I use this setting myself as most television programs I watch and delete and do not want Sonarr replacing it once I delete it. The setting is under “Media Management” in the “File Management” section.

@Obelisk is correct in how to deal with being deleted, but as for why, it’s because the Profile controls whether it should be upgraded, unmonitoring it after it completed would mean Sonarr couldn’t upgrade qualities or download propers ever.
