What to do when new season's not added? (Cold Feet)

The new Season of Cold Feet isn’t added in Sonarr. Is there something I can do to add it manually?

It will need to be added on TheTVDB and then the series refreshed in Sonarr after it has updated on TheTVDB API and Skyhook (Sonarr’s TVDB proxy).

TVDB API updates after approximately 15 minutes.
Skyhook caches TVDB information for 1 hour.
