Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4990
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10
((Debug logs)): Request Failed. POST /api/queue/grab: uTorrent is disabled due to recent failues
https://pastebin.com/PUABVGjz
Description of issue: Sonarr’s connection with uTorrent is extremely fickle lately. Often requires multiple restarts of both programs before I can add episodes to uTorrent through Sonarr. Port forward is verified to be correct and working, and a test of the download client in Sonarr always works. Sometimes, testing through Sonarr will trigger uTorrent to start working, sometimes not.
We need ((debug logs)) from when it was disabled to see why it was, the log snippet you posted is from after the fact.
Whoops. Here’s the debug log. https://pastebin.com/KXL2V3Qx
Those logs don’t show Sonarr attempting to connect to uTorrent at all.
Hm. I’m just guessing what the issue is, it could be something else. I’ve now discovered that while I’m not able to add episodes to uTorrent through Sonarr after starting the web interface, choosing the “Test” option under Download Clients almost instantly populates the queue with active torrents and allows me to add episodes to my download client.
Logs from this evening, with exactly the behavior above hopefully documented. https://pastebin.com/6MuJVL8M
The logs show that uTorrent was disabled then was enabled and responding, unfortunately nothing there showing why it was failing to begin with. Probably best to look at the logs table, find an error communicating with uTorrent and note the time, then find the corresponding debug log.
