Using Sonarr on a Synology Diskstation with a remote seedbox

I’ve got a Synology Disktation that has all my media and other files on it, and the Diskstation is on my local network. I also rent a dedicated server overseas which, among other things, is a seed box. I run Deluge on the dedicated server, and I currently use FlexGet to queue up shows from RSS and then use a Bash script to unpack and transfer the shows to my Diskstation.

At this moment, I don’t have remote access to Deluge without an SSH tunnel (Deluge remote port is not public) but this is something I can change if necessary and is not a big issue. I do have my Diskstation mapped to /media/NAS on the seedbox, but that path is different from the /volume0/ path on my Diskstation. I’m not sure if this will be a problem.

How can I get Sonarr to download the shows using Deluge on my remote server, then copy the unrared (if necessary) shows to my diskstation, but leave the original files on the server for seeding?

(I don’t need Sonarr to handle removing torrents when seeding is complete. I can do that myself. But it would be nice if it downloaded the episodes and filled in any missing episodes all using the seedbox automatically)

I’m happy to run Sonarr either on my Diskstation or the dedicated server, or even both. It’s currently on the Diskstation because it integrates with Plex and makes series scanning easier.

Thanks.

You can use Remote Path Mapping in Sonarr to correct this.

Add the download client to Sonarr + Remote Path Mapping if the torrent is seeding Sonarr won’t tell Deluge to remove it.
