Is it possible to monitor one folder and then save to a different one? I have my main TV share on my NAS that has all my shows, but I want to download locally and then run a manual script overnight to move local files onto the server.
Example:
Sonarr points to nas/TV for initial scan, monitoring, but moves files to c:/users/username/documents/TV upon completed downloads. Mover (my own) script runs overnight and Sonarr sees the files in nas/TV.
Not possible. Why not have Sonarr monitor the NAS directly (as well as move files to it).
I don’t want all that network traffic, that’s why I schedule moves overnight when the server isn’t in use.
I think I’ll just run the initial scan from the NAS share and then bulk update the directory to local and use ‘only download future episodes’. Should work.
