Upgraded to a new version of Yosemite - having a few issues

I installed this: http://www.macrumors.com/2015/01/27/apple-os-x-10-10-2/

And Sonarr would no longer run. I re-installed it, and now have 2.0.0.2722 running, but when I go to System / Updates, it shows that the latest is 2.0.0.2713 (older than what I currently have running).

Doesn’t seem to be causing any issues, but weird.

2.0.0.2722 is latest master, which is the same as the latest develop (2.0.0.2713), when a new version of develop is available you’ll be upgraded to that.
