Upgraded Quality not snagging due to merged episode

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5134

Example situation:

A web release of a show posts and snags as blah-S01E01E02. The bluray then posts and ends up being blah-S01E01 and blah-S01E02.

The issue I’m having is the bluray never snags because of this error:

“Episode file on disk contains more episodes than this release contains”

Is there a way to get around this w/o having to manually tell it to snag the two newer, higher quality releases? Perhaps if an episode quality is improved, go ahead and replace anyway?

The problem is Sonarr is comparing that one release to the file on disk, it doesn’t know if there is another release that might handle the other episode.

There is an open GHI for working around the issue I’ve highlighted, but isn’t currently a priority.
