Description of issue: When using the Continuing only filter, an upcoming show doesn’t display. It shows up if using Monitored, All, or a custom filter.
Although a show is upcoming, it is continuing, so I would think the default behavior should INCLUDE upcoming, and have a custom filter if people want to exclude it.

I agree this is behaving as expected. But I believe this should be changed. Most users will not differentiate Upcoming vs Continuing. It seems like the default behavior should include Upcoming in Continuing, whereas for some reason that people don’t want Upcoming, create a custom filter to exclude.
