What determines that the series is unknown?
It doesn’t match a series in drone, the match is done removing all spaces, special characters and numbers (unless its a year) and converting to lower case.
Those rules are applied to the name coming from trakt as well as release name, if a match is not found you would get that message.
When matching releases from newznab the tvrage id can be used, but when the file is being imported on disk only the name can be used.
