Unable to Write to drone factory folder & enabled indexers do not support searching?

I am doing a fresh install of nzbdrone and I am storing all my media and nzb downloads on one big NAS. I have created a symbolic link in the root of my C:\ drive (boot) that links to the share i setup on my nas for nzbdownloads (nzbdl).

I keep getting this error: Error occurred while executing task NzbDrone.Core.MediaFiles.Commands.DownloadedEpisodesScanCommand: Could not find a part of the path ‘C:
zbdl’.

and also in the system notifications on the webui : Unable to write to drone factory folder

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Also I am getting this error: Enabled indexers do not support searching

For nzb’s I am using OZnzb.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated

Sounds like a permissions issue, or having to do with the service being unable to access the share: https://github.com/NzbDrone/NzbDrone/wiki/FAQ#why-cant-nzbdrone-see-my-files-on-a-remote-server

Did you enable oznzb? That error will come up when only Womble’s is enabled.
