Unable to update series

Sonarr version (exact version): 20210717-19
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.20.1.34-18
OS: DSM 7.1-42661 Update 3
Debug logs:
Description of issue: Shows won’t update despite API keys and everything being up and operational, indexer won’t work.

I have the full log file, here’s a excerpt:

Logs show nothing related to updating series…nor are those the debug logs the forum template asked for.

Most likely the mono ssl issue caused by SynoComm’s broken package which is covered in the FAQ, install article on the wiki, and SynoComm’s github

For the issue posted, it’s clearly permission which SynoComm discusses in their wiki.

My apologies, new to this whole thing. I have the full log file but this issue only started happening a week or two ago.

The forum post template is very clear about what logs to provide and how to provide them. It also links to the wiki that explains everything in detail. Everything is very clear that the entire log file is not needed and that info logs are useless for troubleshooting.

You’ve provided no additional nor helpful information about the issue…not sure how you expect anyone to help?

Since it’s synology…the best guess is this…which is on the FAQ as previously stated.

I’m sorry, I’m super new here, but you were correct with the mono certs. I just got them re-sync and we’re back up and running! Thank you so much.
