Unable to search for anime with "&" in title

OS: Win10
Description of issue:

The anime series “Carole & Tuesday” doesn’t return any interactive search results. Is there a way to remove the “&” so search will work?

Looks like it is querying the indexer as "Carole and Tuesday" instead of "Carole & Tuesday". Not sure how I would force it to use proper titles.

This is a long standing issue due to most releases changing & to and, it’s something we need to revisit and allow searching for both combinations.
