"Unable to parse episode info from path"

Hi guys, first time poster!

I’m unable to parse episode info from path on a bunch of episodes I downloaded for Con Man (2015)

Things i’ve tried to get sonarr to accept the files with zero luck:

1. Renamed entire TV show folder name to:
   -“Con Man (2015)”
   -“Con Man”
   -“Conman”
   -“Conman (2015)”

2. Tried renaming show episodes to “Con Man - S01E01 - Episode name” and when that didn’t work I tried “Con Man (2015) - S01E01 - Episode Name”

I can’t seem to figure out why they aren’t accepting the files and, since I didn’t use sonarr to download them, it doesn’t find any files for manual import.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Please post debug logs of the folder scan so we can take a look.

This has plagued me for two days, and I just noticed it had the episodes as S01EP01… EP instead of E01.

Just fixed it to E01 and the scan instantly worked.

Thanks for helping Markus101 but It was definitely a PICNIC error - problem in chair not in computer lol
