What is the filesystem type?
I’m using QNAP QTS 4.1.3, which is based on Debian Linux and using Mono 3.1.1
Filesystem is EXT4.
Ignoring the bulk of the messages, can the user running the sonarr process actually access this directory?

@markus101 maybe “.@__thumb” needs to be added to the list of folders that sonarr ignores, similar to @eaDir for Synology? These are apparently generated by a QNAP process that scans folders and generates thumbnails.

We don’t have set releases, we’ll get to it when we can.
Sure, I knew that 
if it’s just a “folder to ignore” thing I thought that it would be a quick fix and maybe could appear on the next update?
