Unable to Login into Sonarr

I am using a mac my Sonarr became corrupt I have deleted the Sonarr app from the applications folder. I also deleted the NzbDrone folder from config. I wanted to do a fresh install and then do a restore from a previous working backup. I have reinstalled Mono Framework using MonoFramework-MDK-5.8.1.0.macos10.xamarin.universal.pkg I then reinstalled the latest Mac version of Sonarr using the steps below

macOS
Manually
Download latest version of Sonarr’s OSX package from https://download.sonarr.tv/v2/master/latest/NzbDrone.master.osx.zip
Open the archive and drag the Sonarr icon to your Application folder.
Note: In macOS 10.12+ Gatekeeper App Translocation will prevent Sonarr run directly from the Downloads folder from updating
Open Sonarr.app
You should now be able to access Sonarr at http://localhost:8989

When I go to the application folder and run Sonarr it acts like it opens but I am not able to login to via the http://localhost:8989 I also check my config folder and still no longer have a NzbDrone folder.

Please help!! Thank You,

Is Sonarr in activity manager?
What if you manually run Sonarr through terminal. mono /path/to/NzbDrone.exe.

I am not seeing Sonarr running in Activity Monitor. How do you manually run Sonarr? I tried going into terminal and pasting the following command in there mono /path/to/NzbDrone.exe

You need to replace /path/to/NzbDrone.exe with the actual path,
