Unable to launch Sonarr

Sonarr version (exact version): latest. pulled from brew cast install sonarr (v2)
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: macOS 10.14.4

Description of issue: Cannot open Sonarr. “Sonarr cannot be opened”. It stopped working after updating macOS from 10.14.3 to 10.14.4.
