Unable to connect to utorrent despite successful testing

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4949
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win serv 2012
((Debug logs)): https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bwc1KPPVNa_9dlppY3Z6VF82WkE
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:

This morning im getting this error
"Unable to communicate with Utorrent. Unable to connect to uTorrent, please check your settings"
The queue is empty, so i test utorrent and it’s successful, but the error remains,
and the queue is still empty
Other symptom that i notice is that my browser can’t seem to browse anything,. (but i can ping google from cmd)
So i restart the pc and the browser is back to normal again but sonarr still cant access utorrent

After a while the queue is back though, but it seems to be slower in filling it…
but it still shows failed utorrent warning in settings

Hmm looks like my nzbet is also stuck, wont download nzb
This browser connection failure has been happening 3 times already this week,
i wonder whats the cause? Is there any known chrome changes that might cause this ?

I guess this is the risk of relying on browser, perhaps i should disable chrome’s auto update

What exactly is the issue with uTorrent? I looked at the latest debug log file and didn’t see any issues.

Issue is not with utorrent i think, it was able to download torrents just fine.
It’s either sonarr or chrome.

The latest logs didn’t show any issues with Sonarr communicating with uTorrent (Sonarr was able to fetch and processes the items in the queue).

What issue does Sonarr have, the thread subject specifically mentions issues with communicating with uTorrent…

Sorry, looks like chrome is the problem, not sure why but the localhost failed to connect.
all apps that requires localhost is down, including sonarr.
My server is 24/7 and i never tweak localhost setting…
It requires machine reboot which is quite annoying, any idea why?
