Unable to connect to rarbg

It tells me that it is unable to connect to indexer rarbg and to check the logs. On the logs I see this:

NzbDroneErrorPipeline	Invalid request Validation failed:

– Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details 23:02
Rarbg Unable to connect to indexer: Error: SendFailure (Error writing headers): Error: SendFailure (Error writing headers)

Which OS? and mono version if applicable?

Same problem here - when I hit add indexer, test - I get the following in the logs:

NzbDroneErrorPipeline Invalid request Validation failed: – Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details

Rarbg	Unable to connect to indexer: Error: SendFailure (Error writing headers): Error: SendFailure (Error writing headers)

Linux Mint 17.1 Rebecca
Mono JIT compiler version 4.0.1
Version 2.0.0.3228 (Developer)

Hi

Im having same issues also:

NzbDroneErrorPipeline Invalid request Validation failed: – Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details
14:23 Rarbg Unable to connect to indexer: Error: SendFailure (Error writing headers): Error: SendFailure (Error writing headers)
14:23 NzbDroneErrorPipeline Invalid request Validation failed:
– Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details
14:22 Rarbg Unable to connect to indexer: Error: SendFailure (Error writing headers): Error: SendFailure (Error writing headers)

Im running Sonarr on my Synology DS415+, DSM 5,2.

Version 2.0.0.3230
Mono Version 3.10.0 (tarball Sat Mar 28 10:18:33 UTC 2015)
AppData directory /usr/local/nzbdrone/var/.config/NzbDrone
Startup directory /volume1/@appstore/nzbdrone/share/NzbDrone

Any help is greatly appreciated!

/Bon3

This is due to the SSL protocols that RARBG (through CloudFlare) is using in combination with mono and .net 4.0. Unless RARBG makes changes on their side to support it will not work in Sonarr at this time.

Thanks for your fast reply! at lease to no point in trying until RARBG will make the change IF they will make it ofc.

[suchandsuchsite] is now using cloudflare as well…could that be why Sonarr is not finding anything through them as well?

Yeah, that would do it. CloudFlare’s free SSL doesn’t work, but their paid plans can if configured properly.

Well, crap. Anyone know of a good alternative? If that kind of post is not allowed here, then please send me an email at phunkysai at gmail dot com…

I’m using Mono 4.1.0 on a QNAP TS-470 Pro running the develop channel of Sonarr, so it’s on the latest build whatever it is. I read that the reply saying that this is a problem with Rarbg, if so please just remove the rarbg option from Sonarr, what is the point of leaving it there to frustrate users that will think there’s something wrong with their install? This would also avoid creation of threads like this one. Unless it’s been solved already and I’m missing something, if so I’d appreciate a link to the workaround/fix.
