Sonarr version v2.0.0.4230: OS: Windows 10 Home Version 1511 ((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar): http://pastebin.com/m21fYtQi Description of issue:
Not sure if issue has already been covered, sorry, not too familiar with the program or what Im searching for.
Cannot add an indexer.
Cannot Save an Indexer.
had The program working, than yesterday it just stopped.
Cannot get it working, removed, reinstalled.
Run malwarebytes, and bitdefender.
Made exception for Sonarr in Bitdefender firewall
Thanks for helping in advance! Hopefully the logs make sense to someone.
To further add to the issue, the PC running Sonarr is named “media centre” and houses all the content to be streamed to different devices via Plex.
Another (mine) PC on the Network, was tested with Sonarr, and i was successfully able to add an indexer (in this case nzbgeek).
So the issue is only with the media centre PC. Could the issue be malware or something? I’ve run bitdefender, which is currently doing a system scan. Malwarebytes comes back clean. The internet options (inside IE) have not changed. I don’t believe Im running a proxy?
It sounds like its getting blocked by a firewall since all connections are failing with the same message. Does the other PC on the network have the same firewall application installed? Are there any other anti-virus applications installed that have a firewall component?
I have this same issue with nzbs.in indexer, I also use oznzb indexer. Both indexer were working perfectly for many many months. Suddenly only oznzb indexer is currently connecting nzbs.in is not connecting, I have not made any changes to Sonarr. The only changes would have been with updates to Windows 10 preview build but I question that as well because why would oznzb still be working?
Doesn’t sound like the exact same issue, its possible its being blocked by the indexer, but without seeing the logs of the issue (you should start a new thread) we’re just blindly guessing…
