Description of issue:
Hey,
It’s the first time I’m trying to use Sonarr. Installed latest version of Sonarr, Deluge and Jackett. Configured them by following a guide.
When I try to add an Indexer I get the error “Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details”. It’s in the debug logs.

I’ve tried adding Nyaa preset and I tried adding Kickass, Rarbg etc… from Jackett as well. They all give me the same error.
Except this last time that I tried again before writing this post, I get this error when I try to use Torznab: “No results were returned from your indexer, please check your settings”, also included in the log.

I did a fresh install.
I port forwarded all the ports used in all 3 apps. (and tried new ports as well)
Updated to develop branch of Sonarr.
Checked to make sure no proxy is enable on my OS with a cmd command one of the admins had posted on another thread. No proxies.

I’d really appreciate some help,
Thank you!

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 10.10.34.34:443

Something is returning a private IP address that Sonarr is trying to connect to, possibly a wonky DNS server?

Wow, I spent so much time yesterday trying to fix this! You just made my day! ^^
I changed my dns servers to google’s 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and it instantly worked!
Thanks!

Hmm… I discovered something new. I still get the “No results were returned from your indexer” error if I add more than 1 category.
I entered exactly 5070,5040 for Kickass and I got the error. But 5070 or 5040 alone result in success.
I also returned to my original dns and I got similar results. Success with one catergory but error with more than one.

That sounds like an issue with Jackett, Sonarr is sending the categories as it’s supposed to, but Jackett doesn’t return any results.

Alright, I’ll see if I can find something about that.
Thanks for your help! ^^
