When attempting to add a certain series I get the following error.
NzbDroneErrorPipeline | Request Failed. POST /api/series: Failed to read complete http response

I restored a backup from yesterday and still receive the same error. Other series can be added without issue.
Unfortunately still having this error and only for this particular show.

Previously I cleared the cache for

Because I missed the s at the end of the search and got only that result back, whoops.
I’ve cleared the cache for the other series now as well. If it’s still not working can you confirm which series you’re trying to add? With that we can troubleshoot further.
