It’s been added for many days now yet I can neither search by name nor TVDB number. I have added a couple other shows to TVDB and they have showed up with no problems. Did I do something specifically wrong with this title?
I’m having a similar issue, all searches fail with
There Was An Error Searching For ‘Whatever show’.
If the series title contains non-alphanumeric characters try removing them, otherwise try your search again later.
Definitely issues tonight, server was getting attacked. The host mitigated the attack after some time, but it hit again and skyhook was getting obliterated.
Everything should be stable now, assuming we don’t get hit again.
I’ve also had this issue since the day I added the show to TVDB on 8/31…so while I understand that those issues could impact my ability to add I don’t believe they are related to my problem.
With the debug logs showing nothing…what can I do to resolve this?
Please try again, both searching by title and ID are working now, looks like Skyhook thought the series was deleted for some reason (possibly API issues with TVDB before).
