Unable to add show "This series has already been added"

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5338
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.20.1.34
OS: Debian (docker deployment)
Debug logs: This is the only error in the log.

NzbDroneErrorPipeline	Invalid request Validation failed: 
 -- This series has already been added

Description of issue: When trying to add a specific show, I get an error saying it’s already been added, but it’s not in my show list.

Please at least mention the name of the show, turn on debug logs, try to add it again and link the logs here.
