Issue:Trying to add a new series (Heartland (CA)) but it cannot find it, I have tried by title, and TVDB ID, both of which return no results, on my previous sonarr install it found it with no issues, but after rebuilding it cannot find it at all. Any ideas?

ok, glad im not going crazy!! Looks like tvdb is down now anyways, so maybe its something on their end. either way hopefully it gets fixed!
I’ve tried when it was up and still had issues recently…but yeah hopefully it just starts working.
You should be able to add it by the TVDB ID (hint search google for the series + TVDB to get that) as mentioned in the ((FAQ)), TheTVDB being up and down so often in the last few days has caused issues when adding series.
yea, have tried adding via TVDB ID, but have the same error, only on this show. but ill give it some time, probably issues on the tvdb side as you mentioned.

You should be able to add it now, there were some API issues due to the TVDB API ups and downs that cause our cache to failed to find it properly.
