Unable to add new Series. New to Sonarr

Unable to add new series to a fresh install of Sonarr:

I just switched from Sickbeard since I notice that it was no longer able to search for new series/shows. I thought maybe it finally died so I installed Sonarr on my Synology in the docker container. Everything seems fine. Test to Sab and indexer works just fine. However, when I attempt to add a new series I get the following:

There Was An Error Searching For ‘Show name’.
If the series title contains non-alphanumeric characters try removing them, otherwise try your search again later

I was able to check the logs and also wondering if there is something that I miss in the setup to be able to scrape thetvdb.com site?
