Unable to add existing Shows - Network Drive Windows 8.1

When I try add existing shows Sonarr just keeps on searching and never finds any of the existing shows.

I can see the folders inside Sonarr but can never add them (See attached screen shot)

I’ve tried running as a service and not have also tried UNC and mapping the drive.

Any thoughts ?

Stop the windows service (NzbDrone) and run NzbDrone.exe or NzbDrone.Console.exe as a user that has access to the share.

Mapped network drives do not work with services and password protected shares also do not work well with the Sonarr service by default.

Thanks Markus, I was aware of the non-local drive issue but this oddly wouldn’t work running as a non service and with a UNC.

Seems to oddly now be working not sure what changed but will not touch and see if it reoccurs.
