TV shows wrongly back to "continuing"

I have a few tv shows (ended since a long time, or canceled), that appears again now as “continuing”.
For example : ALPHAS
This show is set as “canceled” on TVRage, “ended” on IMDB.
Is it TheTVDB the cause of the error ?
Another examples of shows ended but having a status “continuing” in sonarr :
The Millers, Perception, Unforgettable, …

Yes, that’s where Sonarr gets its series/episode info from.
