Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce):
Trying to add the Kids animated show C.O.P.S (1988) http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=74946
Will not work there is no error given, it just wont add to library
All that shows in the log is "Adding Series [74946][C.O.P.S.] Path: [H:\Kids TV Shows\C.O.P.S] "
bot nothing is actually added!
Not sure if it matters but I have the standard Adults show COPS as well could this be an issues.

Could you hastebin trace logs that will give us the most visibility, but I am able to add this series without issue.
As I mentioned its the only show doing this everything else has and still works fine, just very odd lmao.
According to the logs its already been added and is failing to add it a second time.
Do you have the show Cops (from 1989) in your library?
If you mean the Live action reality show then Yes but I did mention this lol 
As you can see here its the only version of Cops listed.
Ahh, missed that, sorry. Thats the issue, the two series have conflicting slugs and since the slug is used in the URL for series details we only allow one. We’ll need to make some changes to how the slugs are created to resolve that.
