Trying to setup SSL on Synology

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5301
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):5.8.0.108
OS: Synology DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 1
Debug logs:
Description of issue:
I’ve been following the guide on https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/SSL#linux--os-x to setup SSL with Sonarr but I hit issues when I get to the step to load the certificate with httpcfg as sc-nzbdrone.

Running as admin if I run the su sc-nzbdrone -c “/volume1/@appstore/mono/bin/httpcfg …” command I’m prompted for a password - which I assume is the sc-nzbdrone password? If so where/when would that have been set and can it be reset?

If I run sudo -i to get root access and try the command I get no password prompt but instead get the error: su: failed to execute /sbin/nologin: No such file or directory.

My linux knowledge is pretty rudimentary and so the issue might be obvious but I haven’t been able to google my way out of it yet and so thought I’d post here to see if anyone can see what I’m doing wrong!

if its an actual user then it will be in the control panel under user
