Trouble with Inside the NFL

Not sure if this is a scene naming issue or what. I went to add this as a new show today and it shows up as “Inside the NFL (1977)” in nzbdrone and “Inside the NFL” or “Inside the NFL (2009)” on thetvdb. No problem, figured it’s the same thing. However, it’s not pulling in any info for the current season that just started, but has all the info listed for it on thetvdb. So is that a naming issue or what? Does nzbdrone pull info directly from thetvdb or does it go through a 3rd party site? Sorry for the nube question but still pretty new to using this awesome program.

Here’s the link to the show on thetvdb - http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=72075&lid=7

Also, the scene name (inside.the.nfl.2014.09.02.720p.hdtv.x264-sys) looks like it might give it trouble searching for it. But can’t test it since the current season isn’t showing up in nzbdrone . Being that I’m still new to nzbdrone I’m not sure where to report that if it doesn’t work. Guessing the scene naming page?

Not a direct answer in the [FAQ] (https://github.com/NzbDrone/NzbDrone/wiki/FAQ#why-cant-i-add-a-new-show-to-nzbdrone-its-on-thetvdb), but drone doesn’t get its data straight from tvdb, it uses trakt.

trakt may not have updated their records with the latest info, which they usually do daily, but sometimes it takes longer. You can ask trakt on their support site to refresh it if its been more than a day or two.

As for searching, as long as its set to a “daily” series in drone (because its posted with dates) it should be fine.

Ah thank you sir for the quick and detailed response. It seems it was an issue with trakt being out of date. It seems that was fixed overnight.

Also thank you for letting me know that this needed to be set to a daily series. I wouldn’t have thought about that since it’s only on once a week, which to me makes the naming convention of using a date seem odd.
