I noticed this a couple days ago that the Episode number for Treehouse Masters doesn’t match the TVDB; I tried refreshing the series and that didn’t work so I figured I’d wait a few days and see if it ironed out, but it appears to still not be updated. Is there something else I need to do to get this to update? Here is a screenshot:
The TVDB has it listed correctly and has for a few days, is this something that will eventually work itself out?
If the TVDB ID is wrong a refresh won’t work and you can refresh a single show from the series details page, instead of hammering them for every series in hopes to update one.
The TVDB link is correct, I generally just refresh that show as opposed to all my shows. I’ve tried to remove and re-add the show to a different directory but it almost appears to be caching the version I’ve screen-shot. Is there a way to clean out the database after I delete the show so that I can re-add it completely fresh?
Removing it and re-adding it doesn’t use a local cache, but its being cached in Skyhook. Not sure what happened here, but I have cleared the cache so it should update in about an hour.
Yeah, we found an issue with TVDB not updating the last updated when an episode was updated, we’ve implemented a work around while they work on a fix, so this should stay fixed now.
