Note this works fine for 95%+ files, just randomly it seems some start to get stuck or even just delayed for 30+ mins while fully complete.

If N:\ is a mapped network drive, make sure you’ve read the ((FAQ)).
Not mapped, they are direct/physical disk.
Based on the latest log file it looks like everything is working. Do older logs show a specific error during the health check? If they are directly attached drives (not USB) I’m not sure how it would have no been available when Sonarr checked.
The drives are permanently attached via Internal SATA, they are not disconnecting or going unavailable to any app, for example tixati is constantly and consistently accessing both D:, M: and N:.
From what I was seeing in the logs sonarr keep seeing the the sane file/folder available decodes the file/folder name appropriately (quality/type/group) but then just doesn’t copy it. Like I said there seems to be no pattern it just crops up randomly then the episode will just get stuck there for up to 30 minutes or longer most I’ve seen is a couple hours while it’s 100% complete, and even other files can come and go while the particular one gets stuck.
Sorry, getting my threads crossed regarding the disappearing drive.
Does one of your log files show it failing to copy? or it just doesn’t copy it? If you have an example file name in one of the log files, which file and what’s the file name so I can take a closer look.
