Title found on indexer, not grabbed by sonarr, HTTP error

Sonarr version (exact version): Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.4671
develop
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):4.8.0.495
OS: OSX 10.12.3
((Debug logs)):
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here) https://www.dropbox.com/s/tpt0vwi3qt3yqjb/Sonarr%202017-03-30.rtf?dl=0
Description of issue: I can find the show (a nightly new show) on the indexer (NzbNoob), but sonarr cannot find it. Auto and manual searches result in nothing found. Log says HTTP error, but all weekly programs are loading correctly. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Please post the log as a text file as the RTF has make it hard to read.

Also what time frame in the log should we be focusing on?

Please see the 2017-03-30 entries. I believe it was after 10am that I did the last searches.

Thank you for your help.

Based on the logs it looks like one of your indexers wasn’t working and both an RSS Sync and your search failed due to a timeout (the indexer didn’t respond).

((Debug logs)) should show the indexer that failed, but won’t be helpful if it’s working now.

Ok, thanks for that input. The troublesome daily news show has never worked through sonarr although the other weekly shows are working well. Also, I can find the show on the indexer when I search myself, but sonarr will not find it even with a manual search. Moments ago, I did another automated search (again, no results) and created a debug log. Does anything within help to diagnose this?

Thanks,

Is the series type set to Daily? I
It looks like it’s trying to do a full season search, which indicates it’s probably not (and full season searches wouldn’t work if was set to Daily).

Yes, it is set to Daily. I get no results if I click the full season search button (magnify glass top left of the season - status shows it is doing season search) nor if I click the auto (nor manual) search for a particular episode either.

I have also tried setting for standard and for anime; same results.

There’s your issue, it’s in Movies: HD, not in TV: HD, so you’d need to add the 2040 category added, which means Sonarr would be parsing all sorts of movies needlessly, really your NZBNoob should fix the category, which means you’d need to contact their support.

Great sleuthing. I did notice it was in the wrong category, but did not realize that would be trouble.

So if I understand,
you’d need to add the 2040 category
is a work around, but likely to cause additional problems? And the best course is to bring this to the attention of NzbNoob? This program is also listed in Movies: HD on NZBNDX as well. Should this be reported in both places or are they related?

Thanks again. At least I now have a direction.

It’ll add a lot of useless results to the RSS feeds that Sonarr will need to process.

Yeah.
