Tired of Mono - how to move to Windows

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4370
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):4.2.3 (Stable 4.2.3.4/832de4b Wed Mar 16 13:20:38 UTC 2016)
OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
((Debug logs)): ------discussed later-----------
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:
So I have rebuilt my environment and moved my hardware to new cases. This took some weeks (especially for the moving of data disk drives).
After everything was ready and working, I noticed that Sonarr was not responding. About three or four times a day it would just stop responding. No web service, no process no nothing.
I checked the debug logs myself, and here is the fun part: Sonarr does not seem to have an issue: at one time it is happy, and then it logs something a few hours later when I have noticed it and restarted the box.
This is MONO’s fault and I’ve had it!

Can I move my installation (basically the settings and configuration) to a new Windows install???

Not without manually editing the database. Validation will prevent editing the paths within the UI (the validation that prevents mixing up paths doesn’t handle paths for different operating systems).
