The curious case of the disappearing file

So a few days ago I started watching “The Americans”, and here’s the problem:

I chose WEB-DL as preferred method. With one episode specifically, it would be found by NZBDrone, downloaded successfully by SABnzbd, and disappear. Just disappear: No errors in any of the services, no traces of the video file or the .nzbs, nothing.

Just before posting I decided to take another look NZBDrone, and I think I found the cause. Take a look at the “imported” history (pulled from bottom to top):

I know this isn’t NZBDrone’s fault, but how do I deal with problems like these using NZBDrone? Mark as failed? Also, I have no idea which episode I got now…

I think blacklisting is the best option here, we have some plans to make this a bit better down the road, where it would reject it since the episodes don’t match, just in the thought phase, nothing planned immediately though.
