"The connection has timed out" when trying to access GUI. Shows as running in Package Center

Sonarr version (exact version): 20170106-9
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.6.2.7-8
OS: DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 5
((Debug logs)): Cannot access Sonarr
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:

After I updated to DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 5 today Sonarr would not start. It would start to load (i.e., Starting…) and then flip back to Stopped. Last time that happened I resolved the issue by uninstalling and then reinstalling. I tried that this time and Sonarr is now showing as running. However, if I try to access Sonarr I get an error “The connection has timed out. The server at xx.xx.xxx.xxx is taking too long to respond.” I’m able to access other services (e.g., sabnzbd) without issue.

You’ll need to access the logs directly from the file system, which will confirm whether Sonarr is starting up or the package is failing to start for another reason (mono issues perhaps).

Thanks for the tip markus!

I uninstalled sonarr, restarted my NAS, waited an hour (new step), and tried again and it seems to be working now. If I run into the issue again I’ll try grabbing logs directly from the filesystem.
