Telegram Notification, is it possible to customize?

OS: Raspian OS 64bit on Raspberry pi 3b+

Hello,
I have setup both Sonarr and Radarr on the system and I have both configured for a telegram connect.
Everything is working but I noticed that the Radarr notification contains also the banner of the movie subject of the notification while the Sonarr notification on telegram just inform of the name of the TV series.

is it possible to customize the notifications in roder to add also pictures or some more icons/emoji etc etc?

That is not currently possible, there is a long standing issue to support customization, but it’s hasn’t been picked up.
