Synology just updated now having problems

I tried to follow what exactly the person who had th problem the other day did and it wasn’t very descriptive. I updated my synology last night and it changted NZBDRONE to SONARR and updated mono to the latest build. Now sonarr starts then stops…

If anyone else has figured this out PLEASE give detailed instrucitons… I am stuck at what should be done… I looked for develpment, etc… but can’t find it…

Your going to have to SSH into the NAS and grab the log files from Sonarr. Should be located here: /usr/local/nzbdrone/var/.config/NzbDrone/logs

The latest log file should be nzbdrone.txt. If the log file isn’t being updated then something went really wrong when your Sonarr package updated in the DSM. If that’s the case I would follow the Backup/Restore procedures and then reinstall the Syno package for Sonarr. You might also have to reinstall Mono since that was also recently updated as well.

well i deleted the database and the next command was to i guess copy an restore the database but it didn’t exist…

now i have a start from scratch installation…oh well…

I am getting this exception though from the Sonarr web ui

The problem was with the config file, not the database according to that error.

You can ignore the SignalR errors.

@blx, Do you still have a copy of your old config file? I am curious if something there caused the issue.

no, i think it deleted it when i uninstalled/re-installed…
