Synology Index Connector - not working

Hi - Not sure if it’s just me, but the Index connector for Synology doesn’t seem to be working.
After a new show is downloaded, renamed and sorted it is not showing up on my media player and the only way I can index it is by performing a full index on the Synology itself.
I am running DSM DSM 5.2-5644 Update 2
With Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.3732
I noticed that the connector has an index ‘on rename’ option but this is greyed out?

Does any one have this problem?
