Switch monitored/not monitored

Is there a special reason why Sonarr does not switch from ‘monitored’ to ‘unmonitored’ after a successful nzb download for an episode ?
Due to that, the episode will be downloaded again as soon as I have moved it to its final place.
My setup :
Sonarr gets a nzb and puts it into the Newsbin watch folder.
I assumed that from that point, Sonarr does not care about what is happening.
But I am obviously wrong : moving the downloaded episode out of the Newsbin download folder,
seems to trigger another download ( and it is not Newsbin triggering this ).

The cutoff for the profile (once imported) will satisfy preventing another release from being downloaded. If Sonarr never imports the file it’s never complete in it’s eyes and will keep looking to have a file imported.
