It would be nice to see on each episode for each season that when you hover over the name of the episode you get a balloon popup that displays the episode summary.
Also, why not have a manual search and auto. search icon right next to the “toggle monitored status” icon. In my opinion this would simplify things and keep everything in one area rather than having that box pop up with the summary and search feature.
There is also enough space to the left and right as it is now, so increasing that width should allow all that info to fit in one area.
Just a suggestion. (:

Clicking and waiting the second for the modal to appear, then closing it when done gives a more consistent experience, no risk of sticking tooltips or hard to read text because the tooltips are transparent. I get that no one likes clicking more then they have to, but its not like you have to click a tiny button and the tooltips quickly disappearing wouldn’t be an issue.
Searching is also a consistency thing, all the screens that have episodes open up the modal and the search options are available there. Again I see the pain in having to do this for more than one episode at a time, but we plan to make it easier to search for multiple missing episodes within a season/series.
I could see us possibly adding the automatic search, but having two search buttons side-by-side would be confusing.
Cool, thanks for the explanation. You actually do make a lot of sense.
Actually, we just talked about search on the grid and came up with a reasonable solution, we think, which will be add a dropdown menu on the right side that lets you do a manual/automatic search, eventually there might be more options added, as we need more commands, but this way we won’t need to have a hundred different icons on there.
Nice, that sounds great. Thanks for the info.
Great job with the search options. Love it!
Thanks
